First day in Barcelona & thats what we see??!

Has anyone else had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful city of Barcelona, Spain? If so, were you treated to the sight of an grey haired man, strolling Las Ramblas buck naked, covered in tattoos?!!. Much to our surprise, he is a common patron to the downtown area, and is aptly named "Elephant Man". No explanation required. In Barcelona, it is legal to stroll the streets naked, as long as you are wearing SHOES! thats it! Now, I'm no prude, but does anyone else think that this guy is going too far? I've a great giggle bringing back pics to share, but what about all those children that had to view this guy? Thoughts???
